Where Do I Start?

Know The Foundational Principles

Knowing the fountational principles of a topic is the best way to understand the truth of what is being presented. To get to see what these foundational principles are one needs to go back the some of the basics of our relation with God our Father.

What is it that God our Father deeply desires from our relationsip with Him?

At the heart of all that the Bibles reveals is that God wanted a family. We see that there are three Persons in The Godhead, all equal but different in function. In the Heavenlies there is no-one like this. The Godhead is unique.

In Genesis 1:26-27 (CJB), we see God the Father talking to the Godhead saying "26: Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, in the likeness of ourselves; and let them rule over the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the animals, and over all the earth, and over every crawling creature that crawls on the earth.” 27: So God created humankind in his own image; in the image of God he created him: male and female he created them."

So here we see God the Father's original intention in creating Mankind. To be like Themselves. This idea is often very difficult for us to grasp in its entirity. I will try to explain this as I understand it which, is not an exclusive view.

The phrase "in the likeness of ourselves", literaly means to funtion as We do. Mankind was made in the God Class. So Adam was able to speek and what he said would be created. You will also note that when he was placed in the Garden he was commaned not to eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of God and Evil. Adam was given a certain limitation in that he was not able to choose what was Good or Evil for himself. This needed God's involement as would commune together in the cool of the evening.

Here we see the first piece of the puzzle. Mankind was given the chance to choose how he was going to Rule and Reign. Mankind was going to need God's help in making the Right decisions. We see the man was given the free choice on how he was to live his life.

I made a statement in another Post, that the will of Man is the most powerful thing in the universe. God has chosen not go against the Will of Man.

This is the basis of what I am saying; God is all powerful and can do what ever He decides. What makes him The True God is he choose not to do certain things. These things are any action that is contrary to His Nature. So His Free Will gives Him the ablity to rule in Righteousness and Integirty.

What we see that happened was Adam chose to make these decisions on his own, not working with God as parner and so, we find ourselves in the mess we are in today. We will explore more of this in the next Post.
